My case-bound blank books are completely handmade, using archivally sound materials. Hand-sewn on German linen tapes and bound into covers featuring bookcloth that I create using Japanese Sevenberry cotton Dobby cloth backed with mulberry paper to prevent glue from seeping through the fabric’s weave. The pages of this book are smooth, soft white Mohawk Superfine (104 gsm), excellent for light media like pencil and pen-and-ink.
